What does Travelsplore do?

Travelsplore plans international tours, Umrah, flights, visas, hotels and transfers from Karachi. One team assembles the itinerary, explains the trade-offs and stays reachable while you travel.

How it goes

Four steps, in this order

  1. Tell us the shape of it

Who's going, when, how long, and what you want out of it. The planner takes about two minutes.

  2. We draft the route

Real flight options, realistic day-by-day pacing, and a shortlist of places to stay — not a brochure dump.

  3. We reshape it together

You tell us what's wrong with the draft. We change it. As many rounds as it takes — that part isn't rationed.

  4. You go, we stay reachable

One thread, one contact, for the whole trip. Including the 3am connection you're worried about.

Ready when you are

Bring us the rough version. We will shape the route.

WhatsApp us
The two-minute planner

Stop us if this sounds familiar

You send the same details to five agencies. Four send back a PDF that ignores half of what you said. One asks a question nobody else asked.

We'd like to be the one asking. Answer ten things and we'll come back with a plan that could only be yours.

No account. No email required. Nothing saved unless you send it.

How we talk about ourselves

Evidence over adjectives

Anyone can write "best service, trusted since forever". Those words cost nothing and tell you nothing. So we don't use them, and we don't put numbers on this page that we can't show you the working for.

What we will do instead is describe trips in enough detail that you can judge the thinking: what the problem was, what we chose, what we ruled out, and how it ended.

  • No "award-winning", no "market leader", no borrowed badges.
  • No count of happy customers you have no way to verify.
  • No review we didn't receive, and no name we didn't get permission to print.

Family · 7 nights · Istanbul & Cappadocia

A balloon morning without gambling the whole trip

A planning example showing the decisions documented before an itinerary is approved.

The brief
Two adults and two children, one balloon attempt, minimal hotel changes and a calm final day.
What we found
A one-night Cappadocia stay made weather cancellation unrecoverable and created a punishing transfer day.
The decision
We used three Cappadocia nights, held two possible balloon mornings and returned to Istanbul before the international flight.
What the record proves
Route version, flight timings, transfer duration, hotel shortlist and the weather contingency are shown together.
Itinerary v32 flight optionsWeather buffer

Umrah · 10 nights · Makkah & Madinah

Shorter walks mattered more than another hotel star

A family-Umrah planning example built around mobility, prayer times and predictable transfers.

The brief
Three generations travelling together, one wheelchair user and no late-night road transfers.
What we found
The cheaper five-star option added a difficult approach and an uncertain room configuration.
The decision
We prioritised verified walking distance, connecting rooms and a daytime intercity transfer with buffer.
What the record proves
Map checks, room confirmation, transfer plan and document checklist sit beside the quote.

Honeymoon · 8 nights · Maldives & Dubai

One memorable stay, without paying twice for the same experience

A split-stay planning example focused on privacy, transfer risk and where the budget does real work.

The brief
A private-water-villa experience, one city stop and a fixed total budget from Karachi.
What we found
Two premium island stays duplicated the experience while increasing transfer cost and disruption.
The decision
We concentrated the spend on one verified resort, used Dubai as the active contrast and protected the return connection.
What the record proves
Like-for-like room inclusions, transfer charges, meal plan and cancellation terms are compared line by line.

Questions we get every week

How do you make money if you don't show prices?

We earn on the booking, the same as any agency. We keep prices off the page because a number without dates, cabin, hotel and season attached is a number we'd have to walk back later. Ask us on WhatsApp and you'll get a figure that means something.

Can you just book the flights and nothing else?

Yes. Plenty of people come to us for a routing they couldn't get anywhere else, then handle the rest themselves. We'd rather do that well than talk you into a package.

What do you need from me to start?

Roughly: who's travelling, roughly when, roughly how long, and what matters to you. That's it. Documents come later, through a proper channel — never through a web form.

Do you handle Umrah?

Yes, and it's treated differently from a holiday. Less improvisation, more buffer, and we plan around the rituals rather than around the sightseeing.

All questions

Still deciding?

Send us the messy version — half-formed dates, a budget you're not sure about, a family that disagrees. That's the normal starting point.

What we do

Eight services, one desk

You can take any one of these on its own. Most people start with one and end up handing us the rest, because the handoffs are where trips break.

International tours

Full itineraries built from scratch — routing, pacing, hotels, transfers and the day-by-day plan. Not a fixed departure you have to fit yourself into.

Best for: families, groups and first-time long-haul travellers.  To start: who's going, roughly when, and what you want out of it.

Flights

Routing, fare rules and connections. The value here isn't finding a seat — it's knowing which connection you don't want at 2am with a seven-year-old, and which fare will cost you more if plans move.

Best for: anyone whose dates might shift.  To start: cities, dates, passengers, and how flexible you actually are.

Send route

Visa assistance

Which visa you actually need, what the file has to contain, and how long the appointment queue really is — including the cases where the honest answer is that your timeline doesn't work.

Best for: Schengen, UK and US files, where the queue is the whole problem.  To start: nationality, destination, and your earliest possible travel date.

Open Splore Visa

Hotels

Shortlists with a reason attached — this one for the location, that one for the family rooms, this third one because the pool actually gets sun in the afternoon. We'll tell you which is the compromise.

Best for: anyone who's been burned by a good-looking listing.  To start: area you want, budget band, and how many beds you need.

Airport transfers

Met on arrival, in the right size vehicle, by someone who knows which terminal you're actually coming out of. It is the least glamorous line on this page and the one people are most relieved about.

Best for: late arrivals, first-time visitors, families with luggage.  To start: flight number and arrival time.

Add transfers

Umrah travel

Planned differently from a holiday: more buffer, less improvisation, and a schedule built around the rituals rather than around sightseeing. Accommodation distance from the Haram is treated as the main decision, because it is.

Best for: families, groups and first-time pilgrims.  To start: how many travelling, preferred month, and walking distance you can manage.

Corporate travel

Offsites, incentive trips and conference travel, where the itinerary has to survive a finance approval and a room full of people with opinions about the venue.

Best for: teams of 8 to 60.  To start: headcount, window, budget band and whether it's work or reward.

Request a proposal

Customised holidays

For the trip that doesn't fit a category — an anniversary with three cities and one beach, a reunion across two continents, a sabbatical with no fixed return. Bring the strange version; it's more interesting to plan.

Best for: people who've looked at the packages and found nothing right.  To start: tell us the parts that matter and the parts you'll drop.

One thing we're strict about

Your documents never go through a web form

Not on this site, and not on any form we send you before we've actually spoken. The planner asks about your trip. It does not ask for passport numbers, identity numbers, bank details or medical records, and it never will.

When a visa file genuinely needs documents, we'll tell you exactly which ones, why each is needed, and send you a proper channel to supply them — after there's a real conversation and a real booking.

The planner collects nothing sensitive. Destinations, dates, traveller counts and preferences. Nothing that could be used to impersonate you.

Ask us why before you send anything. Any agency that can't explain why a document is needed shouldn't be getting it.

About us

A travel desk in Karachi, run on questions

Travelsplore plans international trips for people leaving from Pakistan — holidays, Umrah, corporate travel and the odd itinerary that fits no category at all.

The way most people buy travel here is to send the same paragraph to five agencies and pick whichever reply arrives first. That system rewards speed, not care, and it's why so many trips end up feeling generic — because the plan was written before anyone asked a question.

We work the other way round. The planner at the corner of this site exists to make you answer ten specific things, because those ten answers are what separate a trip that works from one that's merely booked. It takes two minutes and costs nothing.

After that it's a conversation, on WhatsApp, with the same person, for as long as it takes.

What this page deliberately doesn't say. You won't find a founding year, a customer count, or a list of memberships and accreditations here. Not because we're hiding anything — because a page can claim any of those things without proof, and a claim you can't check is worth nothing to you.

Working principles

Five rules we hold to

These are the things that decide how a trip turns out, long before anyone talks about price.

01

Ask before proposing

We don't send a package on the first reply. If we haven't asked what you actually want, we don't know yet, and pretending otherwise wastes your time.

02

Say what's wrong with the plan

If a destination is wrong for your dates, or your budget won't stretch to the hotel you've seen, you'll hear it from us early rather than at the airport.

03

One thread, one person

You shouldn't have to re-explain your trip to a third colleague. Whoever picks it up keeps it, including while you're travelling.

04

Buffer is not waste

A spare half-day costs a little and rescues a trip regularly. We build them in for weather, for queues, and for the day everyone sleeps in.

05

Guard the documents

Nothing sensitive through a form, ever, and no document requested without a clear reason you can question.

A note on reviews

We'd rather quote one real traveller than invent ten

When we publish a review it will be a real one, from someone who agreed to have it shown, with the details that make it checkable. Until there are enough of those to be worth reading, we'll leave the space empty rather than fill it with something we wrote ourselves.

Talk to us first
Questions

The things people ask us

Answered properly rather than briefly, including the ones where the answer isn't flattering to us.

Working with us

What happens after I fill in the planner?

You get a summary of what you told us, and the option to send it to us on WhatsApp with one tap. A person reads it and replies — usually with a question or two, because the answers are rarely complete the first time.

Nothing is booked, charged or reserved at that point. It's a conversation, not an order.

Do I have to use the planner to talk to you?

No. The WhatsApp button works on its own and always has. The planner exists because it gets you a better first reply, not because it's a toll gate.

Why are there no prices anywhere on this site?

Because a price without dates, cabin, hotel, season and traveller count attached is a number we'd have to revise the moment you asked a follow-up question. We'd rather quote you once, accurately, for your actual trip.

Ask on WhatsApp with rough dates and you'll get a real figure back.

How long does a reply take?

During business hours, usually within a couple of hours. Outside them, the next morning. If your message lands at 2am and you're anxious about a connection, send it anyway — someone will see it.

Can you work with a trip I've already half planned?

That's most of what we do. Send what you have — a rough route, a hotel you liked, a flight you found. We'll tell you what holds up and what doesn't, and we won't rebuild it from zero just to make it look like our work.

Documents and safety

What information do you ask for, and when?

Initially: your trip details and a way to reach you. That's all.

Documents come later — after a real conversation and a real booking — and only the specific ones a specific application needs. We'll tell you which and why, and you're entitled to push back on any of it.

Will you ever ask for my passport number through this website?

No. Not through this site, and not through any form we send before we've spoken. The planner deliberately collects nothing that could be used to impersonate you — no passport numbers, no identity numbers, no bank details, no medical records.

What should I do if someone claims to be you?

Stop, and verify through the WhatsApp number on this site before sending anything or paying anyone. Requests to move a conversation to a different number, or to pay into a personal account, are the pattern to watch for — from anyone claiming to be any agency, including us.

Trips and timing

How far ahead should I start?

For the Gulf and Southeast Asia, four to six weeks is comfortable. For Schengen, the UK or the US, start three months out — the appointment queue, not the flight, is the constraint.

Umrah in Ramadan books earliest of all; if that's the plan, start as early as you can.

What if my visa is refused?

It happens, and it's rarely about the itinerary. We'll tell you at the start which files are genuinely risky rather than after you've paid for flights, and we'll build the booking so a refusal doesn't strand money.

Do you plan trips for people outside Karachi?

Yes — the planning happens over WhatsApp, so where you're sitting doesn't matter much. Departure cities other than Karachi are routine.

The visa desk, with the numbers showing

We prepare the file; the embassy decides. What we can do is show you what each line is expected to cost, who sets it, which parts come back if the visa is refused and which don't, and how long the appointment queue is really running — before you pay anyone anything.

No guarantees, and we won't sell you one. Nobody can promise a visa, and nobody can shorten the queue. What we promise is a file that meets the published requirements, an honest read on your timeline, and a written statement of what our own fee covers and how it behaves — given to you before you pay it.

Ask about it

Read every figure here as an indicative range for planning, not a quote and not a commitment. Requirements, policies and charges move quickly in Pakistan and can change overnight, so we don't publish a fixed price and we won't pretend the government's number is ours to set. Tell us what you need and what you already have in hand, and we take it from there on WhatsApp — a person confirms the current requirements, the current charges and the realistic timeline with you before anything is filed or paid.
